How do I change my schedule?

Once your contract has been approved, you will not be able to edit your schedule online. To change your schedule (the days of the week your child will be attending child care) please contact the child care office at 909-803-3988. 

This is only for families looking to update their weekly schedule. If you need to change your contracted rate please submit a contract change form. 


How do I change my contracted rate or withdraw from the program?

To change your contracted rate you will need to fill out the online contract change form (linked below). 

All contract changes can only be made effective as of the 1st of each month (excluding withdrawals). If you are withdrawing from the program we do need a two week notice from the date you submit this application and will be charged accordingly.

Forms submitted after the first of the month will be made effective the following month. Example: forms submitted between 8/1/25 - 8/31/25 will be made effective 9/1/2025, forms submitted between 9/1/25-9/30/25 will be made effective 10/1/2025

How do I add an authorized pickup to my account?

For Desktop Devices: 

1. Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal site and click Sign In. The Sign In page will be displayed. 

2. Sign in to your account. Your Account Dashboard will be displayed. If it is not visible, click your name in the upper-right corner or click Your Dashboard in the footer of the page.

3. Under Your Accounts, select the desired Child Care Account. Under Account Management, click Manage Authorized Pickups. Click Add Authorized Pickup. If the family member or relationship has already been created in Arux, select them from the Person drop-down list, enter or update their phone number, and then click Save Authorized Pickups. If the person has not been created yet, select Other from the Person drop-down, enter the person's name, phone number, and optionally add a note describing the person (such as uncle, grandparent, or friend), then click Save Authorized Pickups.

4.  Authorized pickups must be added for each person separately. Families can remove an authorized person at any time by clicking the red Remove icon and then clicking Save Authorized Pickups.


For Mobile Devices: 

1. Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal site and tap the Hamburger icon to display the navigation menu. Tap Sign In. 

2. The Sign In page will be displayed. Sign in to your account. Your Account Dashboard will be displayed. 

3. Under Accounts, tap the desired Child Care Account. Under Account Management, tap Manage Authorized Pickups. 

4. Tap Add Authorized Pickup. If the family member or relationship has already been created in Arux, tap the Person drop-down and select them from the list presented. Enter or update their phone number and tap Save Authorized Pickups.
